Golden Gift voluntary warranty against defects:  Please refer to the Authenticity and Warranty Card (if any) provided with your purchase for the terms of Golden Gift warranty against defects and warranty period relating to your particular purchase.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELATING TO YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

You have rights under the Australian Consumer Law.  If your items do not comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law (for example, if they are defective) you have other rights and remedies (including a refund or replacement) under that law.

Golden Gift’s voluntary warranty does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.  Golden Gift’s voluntary warranty provides benefits in addition to your other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable 

Warranty Condition: The warranty is valid if the gold leaf frame has not been opened, and breakage is not covered by the warranty.  Color fading is covered by the warranty.

Warranty Period: 12 Months
